Certified as a lov e coach, Tantrika, and somatic practitioner, I’ve spent over 25 years immersed in body-based healing and personal transformation.
The work began long before the credentials — rooted in my own search for freedom. For years, I struggled with disconnection from my body, my sensuality, and a deeper spiritual truth. That search led me into the worlds of Tantra, somatic therapy, and Jungian psychology. In 2012, a life-altering Kundalini awakening shattered old patterns and opened me to something sacred. It was then I fully understood: this wasn’t just my path — it was my purpose.
Today, I help others return to themselves through depth, devotion, and embodied truth. This is about expanded love, full-spectrum expression, and remembering your own sacred sovereignty.

What if my partner is hesitant about coaching?
That’s completely normal. Many people haven’t experienced this kind of work before. The best way to ease into it is by booking a free discovery call together — no pressure, just an open conversation about what you both want more of. Often, curiosity replaces hesitation once they understand how safe, grounded, and personalized the experience is
Is this therapy?
No — this is not couples therapy. It’s coaching that blends sacred sexuality, embodiment practices, and relational connection tools. While highly therapeutic, this work is experiential and somatic. If you’re looking for traditional talk therapy, this may not be the right fit.
Will there be nudity or sexual acts during sessions?
No. All sessions are fully clothed and respectful. Some sessions may include guided intimacy or energy practices, but if privacy is needed, you can turn your camera away or off. Any deeper touch-based practices are suggested as between-session “homeplay” only.
What if we’re not having sex right now?
That’s okay. This work isn’t just about sex — it’s about reconnection, emotional intimacy, and creating safety in the body and between each other. Whether you’re sexually active or feeling distant, we start where you are.
Can this work for same-sex or non-traditional partnerships?
Absolutely. While we use heteronormative language for simplicity, all couples (including LGBTQ+, open, and polyamorous) are welcome. Love is love — and this work is for anyone devoted to deeper connection.
What if we have very different desires or libidos?
That’s actually quite common. Together, we explore those differences without shame and with tools to help you understand, navigate, and honor each other’s truths — without making anyone wrong or “too much.”
Do both partners need to attend every session?
Yes — these are 1:2 couples sessions designed to support both of you together. If you’re looking for individual coaching, we can explore that separately.
How do we know which package is right for us?
We’ll talk about it during your free discovery call. Each package has its own arc and depth, and we’ll choose the one that best supports your relationship’s current needs and desired transformation.
What kind of support is available between sessions?

Is this work trauma-informed?
Yes. While I’m not a trauma therapist, I am trauma-informed. We honor nervous system regulation and consent in every step of the process. If you’re working with deep or acute trauma, I recommend pairing this with support from a qualified therapist.
